In the quest for identifying sustainable solutions to climate change, overconsumption and environmental degradation, and in the era of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, networking in Europe and its sub-regions is of the utmost importance… While ecovillage culture and transiton to postcarbon society are well represented both in Western, Central, North and North East Europe, there are only a few initiatives connected to the movement in the South East of Europe…
On Friday, the 15th of April 2022, a Slovenian-Croatian-Hungarian initiative connecting countries with common history, contemporary challenges and their specific needs, will be setting the frame for a larger network (SEEEN), aiming to include the wider South-east European region. This regional meeting is intended to bring our dreams and practices together, helping each other to grow in strength, values and capacity. Our wish is to include as many of the initiatives as possible into the already co-created webpage in service to us all, and set off a yearly gathering practice… of celebration!
Join us at this blended (live and online) meeting devoted to presentations and sharing information about Y/OUR eco initiatives / projects / communities / dreams! Art and games can be used for the presentations but please stay timely within 10 minutes. Please, indicate your name, contact, and dream / project / initiative in THIS REGISTRATION FORM and you will, by your preference, be sent the address of our gathering in Križevci (Croatia) or the link for the Zoom online meeting.
